Success Story – June – Mr. West

Mr. West admitted to Restore Health and Rehabilitation after a recent hospitalization due to a stroke which affected his ability to care for himself, caused decreased strength, mobility and functionality. Mr. West was in need of some intense therapies, so the Reliant rehab team created a plan specific to this and Mr. West’ individual goals.

Mr. West loves spending time with his nieces, and he loves cooking for them. He was very motivated to get back to his normal life. Mr. West worked daily in his therapy with intense motivation to improve quickly to return home.  After a lot of hard work in therapy he made excellent progress achieving his goals of returning home and regaining his independence back. He is very happy to be able to go home with his family and spend time with his niece’s.
