Success Story – Aug – Ms. Fjeldheim

Ms. Fjeldheim was recently admitted Restoring Health and Rehabilitation following a hospitalization due to recent fall which resulted in a hip fracture. This affected her ability to care for herself safely and independently as well as prevented her safe return to home and left her in need of some intensive rehab. Therapy team worked with Ms. Fjeldheim to develop a plan to assist her in achieving her goals to facilitate a safe return to home. She worked hard in therapy and made excellent progress, achieving her goals of returning home and regaining her independence back. Following her incredible progress of improved strength, independence, and safety, she is very happy to be able to go back home and do what she loves, spending time with her dog and drawing.
