Success Story – Nov – Delano White
Mr. Delano White admitted here to Restore Health and Rehab after a recent hospitalization secondary to a stroke. The Reliant Rehab Team and Mr. White sat down and came up with a plan of attack to increase his strength, mobility, and independence so he could get back home for the holidays. He is very happy that he progressed so well that can go back home and spend the holidays with his family and friends.
Success Story – Oct – Sharron Thurston
Ms. Sharron Thurston admitted to Restore Health and Rehab after recent hospitalization due to multiple falls which resulted in multiple fractures of her upper and lower limbs.
Ms. Thurston needed intensive therapy and worked hard in achieving her personal goals.
Ms. Thurston made excellent progress in therapy, achieved all her goals and she will be home with her family to bake all the goodies for the holidays!
Success Story – Sept – Mrs. Bedwell
Mrs. Bedwell was admitted at Restore Health and Rehabilitation following a hospitalization due to recent fall at home. During the fall, she sustained which right lower leg fracture which affected her ability to care for herself and her husband. Mrs. Bedwell worked hard in therapy and made excellent progress, achieving her goals of returning home and regaining her independence back.

Ms. Fjeldheim was recently admitted Restoring Health and Rehabilitation following a hospitalization due to recent fall which resulted in a hip fracture. She worked hard in therapy and made excellent progress, achieving her goals of returning home and regaining her independence back.
Success Story – July – Ms. Liddell
Ms. Liddell recently admitted to Restore Health and Rehabilitation following a hospitalization due to osteomyelitis and an acute kidney injury which affected her ability to care for herself safely and independently. Ms. Liddell worked diligently in her therapy and made excellent progress, achieving her goals of returning home and regaining her independence back in all areas! She is very happy to be able to go home and do what she loves!
Success Story – June – Mr. West
Mr. West admitted to Restore Health and Rehabilitation after a recent hospitalization due to a stroke which affected his ability to care for himself, caused decreased strength, mobility and functionality. Mr. West worked daily in his therapy with intense motivation to improve quickly to return home. After a lot of hard work in therapy he made excellent progress achieving his goals of returning home and regaining his independence back.
