Success Story – July – Ms. Liddell

Ms. Liddell recently admitted to Restore Health and Rehabilitation following a hospitalization due to osteomyelitis and an acute kidney injury which affected her ability to care for herself safely and independently. This prevented her safe and immediate return to home and left her in need of some intensive rehab! The Reliant Therapy team at Restore worked with Ms. Liddell to develop a tailored plan of care geared towards her goals to allow for a quick recovery.

Ms. Liddell worked diligently in her therapy and made excellent progress, achieving her goals of returning home and regaining her independence back in all areas! She is very happy to be able to go home and do what she loves! She enjoys spending time with other residents of her senior building doing different activities and enjoys doing volunteer work to help other resident of her community.
