Mr. Proctor was admitted here at Restore Health and Rehab Center after recent hospitalization which resulted in him unable to walk and not able to take care of himself which prevented his immediate and safe return to home. Mr. Proctor and the rehab team worked together, creating a plan to help him to achieve his personal goals to regain his independence back to be able to return home safely. Mr. Proctor worked hard in therapy and made excellent progress each day. Through his family and friends support and continued dedication to his therapy daily. Mr. Proctor was able to return home with family support.
