Mr. Alphonso Woods was admitted here at Restore Health and Rehab after an eventful hospitalization which resulted in decline in his mobility, strength, and overall function. This prevented his immediate and safe return to home and community, and he knew he needed some intensive rehab to regain these functions lost!

Mr. Woods and the Reliant rehab team worked together, creating a plan to help him to achieve his personal goals to regain his independence back and to continue serving his church as a deacon. He worked incredibly hard in therapy and made excellent progress each day. Through his faith and continued dedication to his therapy daily, he was able to return home with his family and continue doing what he loves to do!
