​ Ms. Miriam Round admitted to Restore Health and Rehab after recent hospitalization due to fall at home. She was experiencing an overall decline in function with poor ability to care for herself and to go back home safely and independently.

Ms. Round and the rehab team worked together to create plan a care to meet her goals and return her back to her prior abilities.

Ms. Round worked very hard daily in her therapy showing improvement in all aspects of mobility as well as towards achieving her goals of regaining her independence back.

Through her hard work and dedication, she is very happy that she can go back home with help of her sister and friends! She is now able to do care for herself safely and independently, able to walk household distances and has a great overall improvement in strength and function.
