Success Story – Dec – Cornelius Pearson
Mr. Cornelius Pearson admitted to Restore Health and Rehab after recent hospitalization secondary to left leg amputation. The Reliant Rehab team and Cornelius worked together to tailor a plan of care to meet his goals and return him back to his prior abilities. Mr. Pearson made excellent progress in therapy. Mr. Pearson is able to manage getting himself up and down from various surfaces, maneuvering his wheelchair through household spaces independently and able to complete all of his self-cares as well.
