Ms. Mcauley admitted to our facility after experiencing multiple falls at home due to progressive weakness over time which resulted in her inability to walk and care for herself.

Upon admission Ms. Mcauley and our rehab team created a personalized therapy plan to help her achieve her personal goals to regain her independence in order to return home safely.

Through her hard work and dedication each day she made excellent progress. Her husband and children were by her side supporting her to the very end.
Mrs. Mcauley was able to achieve her goals and walk out of the facility using a rolling walker!
